Private Painting Party Events

When you book a private party with The Emerald Cork, we bring the studio to YOU in your home, office or other location and provide ALL the materials including tables, stools, easels, aprons and, of course, the fun and easy step-by-step instruction.

Email us to arrange details of date, time, location and painting selection.
You MUST coordinate your party details with us via email prior to paying and securing your event.
Once your event is booked, you simply invite your guests, plan your menu, clear space for our set up....

then enjoy the party!

Relax in the comfort of your home - perhaps the den or even the back yard! We bring the tables and stools.  We can also come to offices, churches, schools or other venues with advance approval.

Choose from our large gallery of painting party pieces created by our team of talented artists with simple re-creation in mind! Some images may come pre-sketched on your canvas to make it even easier for you and your guests to create a masterpiece!                    

**Ask us about CUSTOM artwork options**

You can cater your event however you choose.  Supply food and wine or have your guests contribute snacks and beverages. Plan a dinner for before or after your painting event!  

Create the perfect festive or romantic atmosphere for your event by supplying the music of your choice!

No minimum number of painters required!  Have up to 15 guests!

CANCELLATIONS: A 48 hour cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund.  Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a $75 cancellation fee plus all fees associated with processing the refunded amount.

Plan, Pay, Play!

Once the details of your event are arranged, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the initial $250 deposit which secures your reservation and covers up to 10 painting guests.    No PayPal account is required to use this online payment service.  Each additional painter is just $20 each. We can accommodate up to 15 guests. 

Any additional balance owed can be payed via PayPal invoice online in advance of the event OR in cash upon our arrival when pre-arranged.
